About Tractvana

Tractvana is a free, offline Windows application for accountants, auditors, bookkeepers and finance teams who need to turn financial documents and data files into reviewable tables. It extracts tables from PDFs, converts bank statements and invoices to Excel, and checks bank running balances and trial balance debit-credit totals. Built-in OCR reads English, Urdu and Arabic scans and receipt photos; users can verify low-confidence figures against source text. The app also imports spreadsheets, CSV and other structured files, flags common data-quality issues, and supports filtering dashboards, pivot tables, repeatable transforms and exports to Excel, CSV, JSON, PDF and PowerPoint. Processing is performed locally on Windows, with no account or internet connection required.
