Regular updates show they genuinely listen to customer feedback and continuously evolve the platform.

Cons: Initial setup took a bit longer than expected, especially configuring payer integrations.

Since switching to Tobi Cloud, our no-show rate has decreased and on-time performance improved significantly. Pros: Our drivers and vehicles are all visible in real-time. Texts and notifications are sent directly to passengers, with a link that allows them to see the driver on a map...great software!

Cons: It will take some time to understand all the features of the software fully.

Overall: We signed up for a demo through their website. I met with a great sales representative who asked all the right questions. After that, we went directly for a monthly subscription just in case it didn’t work out for us. It took us about a week to get started. We have also reached out to their support team to know more about the settings and features, and they helped us in every way possible.

Pros: We love their automated features like claims submission, scheduling, and dispatching. Tobi Cloud user interface is also easy to use and saves lots of time and money.

Cons: They are not providing a free demo right now other than this no cons.
