Pros: Bambi makes managing our non-emergency medical transportation operations much easier. The platform helps us organize assigned trips, coordinate drivers, monitor trip status, and keep important transportation information in one place. It is user-friendly, dependable, and has helped our team improve communication, scheduling, and daily efficiency.

Cons: Occasionally, the platform may experience minor delays or require refreshing before updated trip information appears. We would also appreciate additional reporting and customization options, but these issues have not significantly affected our overall positive experience.

Overall: I have worked in the passenger transportation industry since 2016, and based on my experience, Bambi is one of the best transportation management platforms available.

I also enjoy watching Bambi’s podcast, which features knowledgeable and experienced professionals from across the transportation industry. Their conversations, practical advice, and success stories have motivated me and helped me develop new ideas for improving our company. The Bambi team also regularly shares helpful industry information and updates through email, allowing transportation providers to continue learning and stay informed.

Bambi has also supported our company’s growth by helping us connect with a reputable transportation broker and secure a new contract. Whenever we need assistance connecting with a broker, completing system authentication, or establishing an API integration, the Bambi team responds promptly and works closely with us to complete the connection.

Before making our decision, I considered approximately three or four different transportation management systems. Bambi was the final platform I evaluated—and I truly saved the best for last. Its combination of reliable technology, industry knowledge, responsive customer support, broker connectivity, and commitment to transportation providers made it the clear choice for our operation.

In my opinion, Bambi is truly the best of the best, and I confidently recommend it to transportation providers seeking a dependable platform and a team that genuinely supports their success.

Pros: Th ease of use and the customer support is top tier! The team at BAMBI takes the time to make sure the companies understand how to use the software. You don't feel like you have to figure it out alone.

Cons: Nothing at the moment. We are new to the NEMT business and BAMBI has been a very useful tool that has made understanding the requirements in this industry simple to navigate,

Pros: Bambi is hands down the best dispatch and routing software for NEMT companies. It is extremely easy to use, well-organized, and built specifically for the real needs of NEMT operations.

From scheduling and dispatching to routing optimization and trip management, Bambi covers everything an NEMT provider needs to operate efficiently and professionally. The platform saves time, reduces errors, and helps keep operations running smoothly every day.

Cons: None I don’t see any cons in Bambi. Every day there a new one features which makes our live easy.

Pros: Bambi makes running the NEMT business as simple and effective as possible. Not only is the program very user friendly but the customer service team is incredible. They are very responsive and will help you with anything you could possibly need. They are also always tweaking the platform and adding even more features to make Bambi a real standout platform!

Cons: Some features were lacking in the beginning (i.e. texting, trip confirmations, etc.) but they have been in the pipeline since I began using the software and have now become key features for the platform.

Overall: Overall, Bambi and the team are excellent and I trust them to always do the right thing and help me when needed (even on tasks that may seem "silly" or "simple enough") they never bat an eye.

Overall: At SMART Ride LLC, we’ve grown from a small regional operation to one of southern New Hampshire’s most recognized names in Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT). That growth has required a dispatch and scheduling system that could keep up with the real-world pace of care coordination — and Bambi has done exactly that.

From day one, the implementation team was responsive, knowledgeable, and adaptive to the unique challenges of operating in rural and semi-urban healthcare markets. We serve 11 major facilities and hundreds of daily transports, and Bambi’s system has allowed us to streamline communication, track vehicle utilization, and manage multi-level transport types (ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher) with clarity and confidence.

Pros: System is user-friendly. Customer service is readily available, courteous and knowledgeable. Pricing is competitive.

Cons: There are some features that we would like that are still in development.

Overall: We have implemented and/or tested at least a half dozen other platforms and BAMBI is by far the BEST! It was as if they heard our many complaints about the other systems and designed BAMBI to fit our needs. Onboarding & training took only a couple of days; other platforms required weeks with endless follow-up. The on-going support is unparalleled. I typically reach someone on the first call, and if they are initially unavailable, someone always responds within the same business day. Other platforms only allowed contact via their help portal which sometimes would take weeks. They are also very open and responsive to our suggestions for added features.

Pros: Easy friendly to use software for the administrator and the drivers app. the price is reasonable, and the customer support is exceptional

Cons: There is not much cons. There is always room for improvement and perfection, and I see that pretty soon

Overall: Fantastic. The general or overall experience has been amazing. I believe this is the best software to use if you are planning to invest in one.

Pros: I am very impressed with Bambi. It is extremely easy to use and intuitive, making navigation simple for anyone. The customer service team is prompt, friendly, and personable, making every interaction a pleasure. They are always quick to answer any questions I have.

Cons: There are no cons that I have encountered!!!!!!!!!

Pros: As a small business owner having a solution that does so many things like scheduling and producing invoices it a big time saver and saves me a lot of headaches. The team is also so responsive when I have questions.

Cons: Nothing, it’s great. I do not have a bad thing to say honestly.

Overall: Scheduling, organization and billing needs. Also seems like a product that can scale with my needs. Additionally I feel confident that I can train a 6 year old how to use it. Very easy to use.

Pros: The ability to schedule rides and also invoice for billing seamlessly. The ability to reschedule refresher sessions or reach out with questions is also the best option to have in a company.

Cons: The learning curve. But once I got it down it was well worth it!

Overall: Great. The customer support is spot on which really made the difference. I would recommend Bambi to anyone with a transport business.

Pros: Staff is extremely responsive and communicates very well. They are constantly improving and updating to meet customer needs. We believe they will be on the forefront of AI technology to make our lives easier and better.

Cons: We researched all the main NEMT platforms and didn't find any that were perfect. But whatever issues we have found with Bambi they have been quick to fix them

Overall: Nirav and his team seem to really care and work hard to build the best product for their customers so we believe in them and their future.

Pros: As a new owner of an NEMT business Bambi was easy to navigate and the scheduling part of the software is very easy and the interface is very clean. The Bambi AI, called "run Bambi run" is a great feature when you have multiple vehicles and drivers. The price per month is a flat rate, not some intro rate and then you need to buy all sorts of add ons

Cons: I would like it to have better reporting features and accounting features. This is in the queue but has not been added yet

Overall: Customer service is excellent, most emails answered sometimes within minutes. Great company to work with and they are constantly improving and adding new features.

Cons: User interface can be improved in the dispatch view to provide more details for live dispatching. Maybe suggestions of how to cover late trips.

Pros: We really like the ease of configuring the schedule for our drivers. We are able to work multiple days out with scheduling. Also, like the updates they have coming out.

Cons: The reporting style for the management reports is taking us sometime to get used to. The dashboard screen we are still working with.

Overall: Great over customer service and timely results when we have had questions. it might not always be the answer looking for. Very honest and good customer service.

Pros: Couldn’t have asked for a better software. Bambi has provided us a software that is user friendly.
