    "Poor Support"

    Pros: It’s supposed to be simple, no hardware just sign up after 90 days free then pay $50 to access their web site from in store tablet for takeout and delivery from Door Dash.

    Cons: Multiple issues going on three months that tech support is unable to resolve.
    1. No audio alert when take out order placed.
    2. System randomly turns itself off.
    3. Unable to get Delivery function to work. Customers place orders but Door Dash never shows up..

    Tech support outright pitiful.

    Overall: Our Toast Rep is simply one of the best reps I have ever had the experience to work with and that is the only reason we stay.
