    Pros: Tiquo helped improve our workflow with bookings, payments and customer data altogether. This allows our company to carry out multiple features from a centralised place.

    Cons: Initial set-up can take some time and some advanced features may require some short learning if certain users not tech savy.

    Overall: Overall, my experience using Tiquo has been very positive. It has helped reduce the workload in the admin with automated features.     Pros: I really liked how user-friendly and efficient Tiquo is. The platform is well-designed and makes it easy to stay organised and manage tasks without feeling overwhelming. It clearly prioritises productivity and simplicity, which helps users focus on getting work done rather than navigating complex systems.

    Cons: While the overall experience was positive, there are a few areas that could be enhanced. Some features could benefit from additional refinement or expanded functionality, and clearer guidance around certain workflows would make onboarding even smoother. These are small improvements that would further elevate an already strong platform.

    Overall: We operate with more than one legal entity and this was always awkward to manage properly. Before Tiquo, we were doing a lot of manual work just to make sure payments landed in the right place. Now the system handles the split automatically and produces the correct invoices without us having to think about it. It’s taken a lot of pressure off finance and reduced mistakes.
    We moved to Tiquo mainly because we were tired of juggling different systems that didn’t really talk to each other. It hasn’t magically fixed everything, but having bookings, payments, and customer details in one place has definitely made day to day work calmer. There’s less second guessing and fewer moments where you’re wondering which system is “right”.

    Pros: When I was first introduced to Tiquo, its list of features sounded too good to be true but we took a risk on it. It was the best risk we took as a business last year and made scaling our business very effortless. Its amazing to have everyone in one place from CRM, payment processing, booking to email marketing.
