"Centralised platform that simplifies operations " Edited 2026-01-14
Pros: Tiquo helped improve our workflow with bookings, payments and customer data altogether. This allows our company to carry out multiple features from a centralised place.
Cons: Initial set-up can take some time and some advanced features may require some short learning if certain users not tech savy.
Overall: Overall, my experience using Tiquo has been very positive. It has helped reduce the workload in the admin with automated features. The booking and scheduling features in one clear space have improved the workflow. Initial setup can take some time, but it's worth it in the grand scheme.

"the perfect automation and management model " Posted 2026-01-13
Pros: Tiquo’s interface is very clean and straightforward, making it easy for new users to get started without needing tutorials or prior experience.
Cons: While the simplicity is a strength, some users may benefit from deeper customisation settings to better tailor the software to specific workflows.
Overall: From a leadership perspective, it’s easier to stay informed without micromanaging. I can see what I need to see and trust that it’s accurate

It hasn’t added complexity as we’ve grown. If anything, it’s helped keep things under control. -

"a formidable service!" Posted 2026-01-09
Pros: I really liked how user-friendly and efficient Tiquo is. The platform is well-designed and makes it easy to stay organised and manage tasks without feeling overwhelming. It clearly prioritises productivity and simplicity, which helps users focus on getting work done rather than navigating complex systems.
Cons: While the overall experience was positive, there are a few areas that could be enhanced. Some features could benefit from additional refinement or expanded functionality, and clearer guidance around certain workflows would make onboarding even smoother. These are small improvements that would further elevate an already strong platform.
Overall: We operate with more than one legal entity and this was always awkward to manage properly. Before Tiquo, we were doing a lot of manual work just to make sure payments landed in the right place. Now the system handles the split automatically and produces the correct invoices without us having to think about it. It’s taken a lot of pressure off finance and reduced mistakes.

We moved to Tiquo mainly because we were tired of juggling different systems that didn’t really talk to each other. It hasn’t magically fixed everything, but having bookings, payments, and customer details in one place has definitely made day to day work calmer. There’s less second guessing and fewer moments where you’re wondering which system is “right”. -

"should have switch to Tiquo earlier" Posted 2026-01-08
Pros: When I was first introduced to Tiquo, its list of features sounded too good to be true but we took a risk on it. It was the best risk we took as a business last year and made scaling our business very effortless. Its amazing to have everyone in one place from CRM, payment processing, booking to email marketing.
Cons: so far our team loves, we should have switched earlier
Overall: I didn't expect integration to be so smooth, didn't have to use support as much we predicted. its one of the fastest digital products we use.

"Everything Working Seamlessly" Posted 2026-01-08
Pros: Everything is fully integrated and works seamlessly across all components, ensuring smooth and reliable operation.
Cons: So far everything works smoothly without issues, interruptions, or delays, and the overall performance remains stable.
Overall: The thing I appreciate most is that it doesn’t try to be clever. Basic tasks are simple, and more complex things don’t feel fragile. That balance is harder to find than it sounds.

"Great Product" Posted 2026-01-08
Pros: It copes perfectly with whatever gets thrown at it last minute. Orders change, reservations slide, team members rotate—no drama at all. Its calm flexibility makes imperfect days feel totally manageable.
Cons: So far there have been no clear results, but progress continues steadily. Each small step adds insight, shaping decisions and refining direction. Challenges remain, yet they highlight opportunities to learn, adapt, and improve processes over time. Collaboration, patience, and consistent effort will matter more than speed. By documenting observations, testing ideas, and reviewing outcomes, momentum can build even without immediate success. This period of quiet development is valuable, allowing foundations to strengthen before visible change appears. With focus and persistence, the next phase can move forward confidently, informed by lessons gained and prepared for better, measurable outcomes ahead soon together.
Overall: The platform deals flawlessly with sudden adjustments. Deliveries move around, appointments reshuffle, and staff changes happen seamlessly. It never falters, which is exactly what you need when things don’t go to plan.
