    "Scammy and Dangerous. Stay away."

    Pros: We were just looking for a text editor to use and found this one so we started using it. There is zero special about this text editor.

    Cons: Scam company that makes it impossible to cancel billing once you start. Then they'll charge you recurring fees and refuse to refund you. Complete scam. Absolutely stay away. We didn't even use the product and got billed without our consent. Scam and dangerous.

    Overall: Stay away. Once you give billing info, they will continue to charge you without your consent. There is no way to cancel. They will also refuse to refund you. We dabbled with the service and changed away from it fast because it didn't work as needed and kept freezing on us. Really buggy and bad.

    Pros: Software started out OK but quickly realized that it couldn't match the scale we needed. Tried to work with the team but they were unhelpful.

    Cons: Cancellation was non-existent and customer service was HORRIFIC. Software started out OK but quickly realized that it couldn't match the scale we needed. Tried to work with the team but they were unhelpful.
