    "Great tool for small businesses"

    Pros: This is a very easy to use and maintain product for both users and administrators. It has many nice features and built in reports.

    Cons: Nothing significant, would like to be able to do more report customization but it's not a serious limitation.

    Overall: I've been using it for over 5 years and on the one time I needed support, it was quick and painless. I'd highly recommend this product.
