About Thintent
Thintent is quoting and invoicing software for independent UK print shops: digital, litho and large-format.
Write the quote freeform, or let it cost the job from your own press, stock and finishing, with your mark-up shown. Digital is priced by the click, litho by the plate, large format by the square metre. There's no catalogue to build first: a press or paper is added the first time a job needs it.
The customer gets one branded link. They accept and pay by card or Pay by Bank through your own Stripe, with no account to create. Thintent takes no cut. The invoice is raised when you confirm the order.
Once it's a job, you get a job board, a press-by-day board, job sheets, delivery notes, deposits that hold production until paid, and supplier purchase orders. Quotes freeze once sent, so a revision is a new quote. Invoices get UK VAT right, and invoices, payments and Stripe payouts sync to Sage Accounting. Xero and QuickBooks are next, and everything exports to CSV.
