    "The best VMS out there "

    Pros: Single app for my CCTV, alarms, access as well as professional monitoring and police response. Really easy to use, no training required.

    Cons: Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for, but cheaper than your milestones and verandas while providing a better product.

    Overall: Makes a big change from the typical security products out there, feels like an Apple product. You can really feel the polish and work that has gone into it. It also keeps improving, our 6 year old TetherBox is still getting frequent updates.

    "Trying to be too much to too many with very poor support"

    Pros: Base product has some great features but has got too complicated and is definitely not a good security product.

    Cons: Too complicated for a security product with very very poor support.

    Overall: We have been with TetherX and its previous incarnations for over six years, have over 100 systems, and feel very let down by the current management and product.
