Appliance repair business owners, field service dispatchers, office managers, and service technicians at solo shops and growing service teams.
About Taskrol
Taskrol is an appliance repair CRM and field service management platform for owners, dispatchers, and technicians. Manage customers, jobs, scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments, and technician workflows from web and mobile. The calendar helps teams see assigned and unassigned work, schedule technicians, and block time off. Taskrol also supports diagnostic authorization before work begins, so the diagnostic fee and customer acknowledgment stay with the job and appear on its invoice. Technician payroll can be calculated by hourly rate or a percentage of job margin for each technician. A free Solo plan is available for one-person shops, with paid plans for growing service teams.

Taskrol Product Features
Appliance Repair
Taskrol is field service software built for appliance repair shops. Every job carries the appliance — brand, model and serial, read off the data plate with the camera — and the parts catalog for that exact model, so technicians find OEM part numbers and see van and warehouse stock without leaving the job. The customer signs the diagnostic fee before diagnosis, then picks from estimate options; the approved estimate becomes the invoice and is paid in the field. Warranty return visits are created from the original job and kept out of job counts. Service manuals open from the job on paid plans. The Solo plan is free forever for one technician — no credit card, not a trial — and paid plans start at $29/month with a 7-day trial.
