Manage customers, jobs, scheduling, estimates, invoices, payments, and technician workflows from web and mobile. The calendar helps teams see assigned and unassigned work, schedule technicians, and block time off. Taskrol also supports diagnostic authorization before work begins, so the diagnostic fee and customer acknowledgment stay with the job and appear on its invoice. The customer signs the diagnostic fee before diagnosis, then picks from estimate options; the approved estimate becomes the invoice and is paid in the field.
