The app runs your studio end to end: calendar on iPhone and iPad, client records, digital consent forms signed on the device, automatic client receipts, expense capture by photo scan, newsletters, revenue forecast and clean Excel exports for your accountant. Clients book themselves via your booking link and pay the deposit; appointments confirm automatically and reminders cut no-shows.

The invisible AI assistant works inside your Gmail: it reads every request, extracts motif, body area, size and reference images, drafts replies in your own tone, suggests genuinely free slots and books them, and handles deposits, consent, reminders, aftercare and follow-ups.

    "Finally something for tattoo artists"

    Pros: Very intuitive and easy to use. The platform feels well thought out, and it solves a real problem for tattoo artists who want a simple way to showcase their work and connect with clients.

    Cons: The platform is still relatively new, so there are a few areas where more content and adoption would make it even stronger.

    Overall: Taddoo is a great solution for tattoo artists. The design is clean, the features are useful, and it’s straightforward to understand from the first use. I especially like that it feels made for the tattoo industry instead of being a generic marketplace adapted for it. It has strong potential and already provides real value in day-to-day use.
