SiteKey
SiteKey is a site access and visitor management system for New Zealand worksites. Visitors, contractors and staff scan a QR code on a printed sign and sign in on their own phone. There is no app to install.
An admin sets up the sites, the printed signs and the induction content. Contractors complete the induction on their first visit and go straight through on later visits. The register shows who is on site at any moment, and the evacuation list can be opened on a phone during a drill.
SiteKey also records daily job safety analyses, incident and near miss reports, toolbox talks and site safety walks. Sign ins can be checked against a GPS boundary set for each site, so a sign in from outside the boundary can be warned about or blocked.
SiteKey is built and supported in New Zealand by Capability Solutions. Each customer runs on its own tenancy at its own web address.
