    Pros: Using a single application instead of half a dozen to manager our operation has saved countless hours. Instead of stringing together reports from different systems that have different formatting etc. I can manage inventory from one central hub.

    Cons: none of it is bad i think the portion that could be improved is the crm, but we also use another sales CRM so I don't mind it.

    Overall: I'm happy with all my information in one place so that i can make good business decisions without having to struggle to make reports or navigate a handful of different systems.
