Pros: Lots of good features, that usually are part of more premium or expensive options in competitive products: forms, e-signing and document manipulation.
Great compatibility and supportability for different PDF formats,

Cons: The user interface is a bit outdated, quite unstable to work with, specially with bigger PDF documents, crashing many times when opening or working in these, making it unreliable for business use.
Customer Support is completelly obliviated from customer reality, lacking in helpfulness and big relliance on "reinstall and try again".

Overall: After being a Swifdoo paying customer for the past three years, we have decided that it is not a product directed for business use.
The product is in practice a good product, with a plethora of features and functionality, but quite an unfinished product in many ways, due to the numerous support issues we have experienced altogether, that are definitely software bugs never solved.
The main issue we had with Swifdoo was not the software issues themselves, as it is expected from software, but the Swifdoo Customer Support and the lack of actual support.
Everytime we requested support, the answer would always fallback to "reinstall and try again", or "download the latest version from our website and try again". Never, once, did the Swifdoo Customer Support requested any log or made an actual attempt to ascertain what could be the issue and can it be fixed?
After three years and lots if uninstall/reinstall processes that never fixed the real issues, we decided to move away.
It is a real shame, as to be honest, there is a lot of potential in the product for the price, but if you run into issues constantly, then the scenario changes.

Pros: What sets SwifDoo PDF apart is not just the range of PDF tools but the team’s responsiveness to user suggestions. Features like password protection, text editing, annotation, and format conversion work smoothly. The software is regularly updated and keeps improving based on real user input.

Cons: Limited cloud integration options compared to some competitors. It would be nice to see direct integration with Google Drive or Dropbox in future updates.

Overall: I’ve been using SwifDoo PDF for a few months now, and it has made handling PDFs much easier. Whether I'm splitting large files, adding e-signatures, or converting PDFs to Word, the process is seamless. It’s evident the team behind the software genuinely cares about the user experience, which makes a big difference.
