It brings tenant and unit records, occupancy tracking, a site map, recurring rent and prorated move-ins, card payments and autopay, past-due monitoring, late fees, and overlock workflows into one browser-based workspace. Operators can manage facility access codes, track insurance expirations, issue and e-sign leases, and communicate with tenants by opt-in text and email. A tenant portal supports balance checks, card payments, and autopay, while online rental workflows let prospective tenants select available units and complete move-in steps. The platform includes reporting, team roles, audit history, CSV imports, and tools for vehicle, RV, boat, parking, and marina storage. It is designed for owners and managers overseeing daily operations across one or several facilities.
