Pros: The support we received to implement this software was amazing. We continue to be able to get support quickly which is vital as things change in our business.
Cons: Search function could be improved. It is functional but not as robust as I would like.
Overall: Stonify has given us so much more visibility across departments in our company. The reporting and customization available have tremendously improved how we operate day to day.

"A Modern ERP Built for Stone Fabricators" Posted 2026-07-14
Pros: Stonify has transformed the way we manage our fabrication business. The software is modern, intuitive, and designed specifically for the stone industry. We use it to manage quotes, sales orders, production, scheduling, inventory, and installations, all in one place. The team is constantly improving the platform, listens to customer feedback, and rolls out meaningful updates. Their support has been outstanding, and they're always willing to help customize workflows to fit our operation. It has helped us become more organized and efficient.
Cons: Since the platform is continuously evolving, there are still some features we'd like to see added. However, the development team is very responsive and actively works on customer requests, so improvements are being made regularly.
Overall: We evaluated several ERP systems before choosing Stonify, and it has been the right decision for our company. It combines a modern interface with powerful functionality built specifically for countertop fabricators. The team behind the software genuinely cares about its customers and continues investing in the product. I would highly recommend Stonify to any stone fabrication business looking to improve efficiency, organization, and communication.

Pros: Ties the whole operation together — quote, project, deal, templating, install all live on one job record instead of scattered across spreadsheets and paperwork.
Bridges the office and the production floor. We cross-reference constantly between our templating software and Stonify to check slab sizes, which is what drives seam placement and layout decisions.
Inventory visibility cuts material waste. Knowing exactly what's on hand — including remnants — means we can pull from a rem instead of breaking into a full slab when the job allows.
The per-project Cost & Profit Report is the screen I use most. Sale, cost, and margin down to the line item, with real consumed inventory cost separated from estimates and fabrication cost rolled in properly. That visibility alone changed how we price certain work.
Project stages give a clean read on where every job sits at a glance.
Responsive support, and they're actively shipping new capability.Cons: Reporting is the one area still maturing. The aggregate reports are lighter than the project-level data — pulling monthly numbers by salesperson takes more manual work than it should, since the detail lives at the project level and doesn't roll up cleanly yet. They're clearly building here, so I expect it to catch up.
Overall: We're a granite and quartz fabrication shop running about 30 employees, and Stonify has become the backbone of how we operate. It covers quoting, project management, slab and remnant inventory, job costing, and scheduling in a single system, and it fits the way a fab shop actually works — from the sold job, through layout and seam planning, and onto the production floor.

The two things that matter most to us are material and margin. Being able to see real inventory before committing to a layout means less waste. Being able to see true cost and profit per job means we know which work is actually making money. Reporting at the aggregate level is still growing, but the new AI/MCP connector shows they're thinking further ahead than most software in this industry. For a fabrication shop that wants all of this in one place, it's the best fit we've found. -

"Stonify Brings Better Visibility to the Fabrication Process" Posted 2026-06-27
Pros: Stonify has been helpful for giving my team better visibility across the full fabrication workflow. It brings important parts of the process together, including quoting, slab inventory, scheduling, and installation planning. For a stone fabrication ERP or countertop software, it fits the day-to-day needs of our industry well.
Cons: The biggest challenge has been getting everyone across different departments on the same page and using the system consistently. Since Stonify touches so many parts of our daily process, it does take some time for the team to build good habits, enter information the same way, and really understand how everything connects. That said, Stonify has been helpful throughout the onboarding process, and their support has made the transition easier as our team continues getting more comfortable with the system
Overall: Our experience with Stonify has been genuinely positive. From the start, it felt like a system that truly understands how stone fabrication and countertop shops operate day to day. It’s helped us bring more organization and clarity into our workflow, while also making it easier for our team to stay connected and accountable across departments. Like any software, there’s a learning curve, but we’ve seen steady improvements as we’ve continued to use it and grow with it. If you’re a shop looking for a reliable stone fabrication ERP, countertop software, or an alternative to Moraware, ActionFlow, or Stone Profits, I’d absolutely recommend taking a closer look at Stonify.
