Stone Project is cloud-based shop-management software for countertop and stone fabricators. It brings customer and lead tracking, quote creation with drawings, material and edge options, job workflow, scheduling, invoicing, payments, and remnant inventory into one application. Teams can move work through a kanban pipeline, prepare and send customer quotes, manage production and installation visits, and let customers review quotes and invoices through a portal. Mobile apps support field tasks such as measurements, photos, and signatures, including offline work with later synchronization. The platform also supports remnant listings and two-way QuickBooks Online synchronization. It is designed for stone shops working with materials such as granite, marble, quartz, and porcelain. Users can access it on the web and supported desktop and mobile apps, with interface options in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian.
