StitchInvoice is invoicing and client-document software for independent businesses and freelancers who bill clients directly, not for bookkeepers. It covers the full client-facing flow: quotes, estimates, proposals, contracts, invoices, receipts and credit notes, each with a live preview and a clean PDF.
Card payments run on your own connected Stripe account. The charge is created directly on your account, so only Stripe's standard processing fee applies and no platform sits between you and your payout.
Requirements Memory lets you set how each client must be billed once (billing email, PO format, terms, currency) and applies it to every future invoice. A Payability Check flags common reasons an invoice gets delayed before you send. On the Pro Autopilot plan, reminder sequences run before and after the due date and stop when payment lands, and recurring invoices handle retainers.
StitchInvoice is not accounting software: no chart of accounts, no inventory, no tax filing.
