    "The worst customer support ever :("

    Pros: No one, just the price but if I knew about all the wrong issues before we won't get it.

    Cons: We have a very bad experience with this software, wrong configuration, super late messages, etc, etc..

    Overall: But the worst is the customer support they have, we cancel the service like 3 month ago and still charging the monthly fee!!! And nobody give us a solution.

    Cons: I can't think of anything, it's been a great partnership.

    Pros: It makes our daily routine a lot easier, especially the channel manager. We would have to hire five other people to do what Stays does.

    Cons: It is a good system but it could have simpler tools. It was difficult at first, but now we are used to the system.

    Overall: Sometimes the system is a bit slow.

    Pros: What I like about the system is the possibility to manage the calendars on many channels. Another thing that made our lives easier was the financial management of the owners. I'm not using the company's financial management yet, but it will be our next step, along with accounting. The support team is Brazilian, and that helps a lot too.

    Cons: I think Stays could have an app, mainly for consultations (including the approval and sending of special offers). I saw that this topic is already on Stays worldmap to be developed.

    Overall: The system is great for managing properties. I am still learning how to use it, but I definitely recommend it.

    Pros: The administration of the reservations is a high point for me. It's great to be able to insert all of the information in just one place and have them transmitted to many other places.

    Cons: Sometimes the information doesn't appear on the channel the way I wanted it to appear, so I check to see if it's all right there.

    Cons: Transferring the money to the owners is something I find difficult. I need to learn more about it.

    Pros: Easy to upload properties with agility and to synchronize with different platforms. Another good point is the calendar management with automatic blocking to avoid overbooking.

    Cons: If it had a more visual approach, with BI and CRM information organized in dashboards, it could help in the decision making process.

    Overall: Excellent, very good, very functional. The system’s proposal is very coherent in relation to what’s sold.

    Pros: Their software is easy to use, support is very fast and always available and its pricing is fair. Its channel manager also supports the biggest players in the market.

    Cons: No cons are relevant. Maybe it could connect with a little bit more small OTAs but all the main ones are already there.

    Overall: Our company has tried different channel managers over the years but they all failed to fit all we needed. We ended up trying Stays.net with no much hope that would be able to help us and it was surprisingly good! We recommend it!

    Pros: Easy management of multiple calendars, prices, check-in and check-out restrictions and reservation management (facility for sending emails and payments received).

    Cons: Difficulty in generating monthly (or per period) reports in an organized way for the owners.

    Pros: Advantages: integration of PMs, cm, website and communication with the main partners in the industry. Facilitates all team work and drives better and optimizes sales by minimizing errors!

    Cons: The negative point - capillarity of partners, I believe there could be a little more connections to sell the segment.

    Overall: Excellent product, easy handling, incredible support and always available. I am satisfied with the whole system and support for structuring the season rental.
