    Pros: The support service is very good and the system has improved a lot in recent years. I consider the integration with OTAS as advantages of the systems and the centralization of property control.

    Cons: I believe that integration with OTAS could be more complete and achieve promotions.

    Pros: The dynamism combined with the ease of operation and the simplicity of the system. I also like customer service and instruction manuals.

    Cons: Sometimes the answers were not satisfactory for solving the problem, and so the time for the solution was increased.

    Overall: Stays.net is currently among the best channel managers in the world, so I know that I am conducting my business with the latest in the market. If it could encourage an improvement, it would be the API connection with the portals. The Cross Selling tool is the strong point, as it facilitates the partnership with companies that act in the same way as us.

    Cons: In and out times are not according to what I need, do not accept broken schedules.
