Pros: They answer quickly and the app really useful no issues even if you had issues it will get fix asap

Cons: The price is a little bit high but it's worth it if you have a business that can cover it

Pros: We have been using this less than 6 months and our customers love it. It's easy to use and navigate!

Cons: The only negative i have is the cost per month. Every cost adds up for small businesses

Overall: Overall its a great program I will continue using. I love the flexibility of it, and being able to communicate with customers!

Pros: So easy to setup and allows great control as a business owner as well as insight. Really happy it has allowed customers to get excited about it as well. Always easy for them to setup.

Cons: Potentially could provide more inspiration to users for promotions as well as even more options to provide info to the business owners. Slightly too expensive.

Overall: Amazing! Both business owner and customers are happy!

Pros: The app is super fun and engaging, and people especially love the scratch-off options and the excitement of seeing what they’ll reveal!

Cons: I do think it's inconvienent that I can't link a new stamp card to my stamp pod by myself - I switch cards each month with new rewards and have to email customer support each time.

Overall: Overall my clients have really loved the extra rewards and it's been beneficial to implement this at our business!

Pros: Is our first time using this program to give back to our customers and it has been such a success. I am so happy we decided to launch it at our Protein Shop Fit Sips La Mirada.

Cons: Nothing I am very phrased with the app and upgrades

Cons: Doesnt support multiple rewards options- eg. One for food (higher value) and other coffee /beverages (lower value)

Cons: The only downsides are its limited customization options and the fact that it may feel basic if your shop expands into a more complex setup.

Overall: Stamp Me has been a convenient and reliable loyalty app for our shop, offering easy digital stamps and helpful customer engagement features that improve repeat visits.

Cons: Sometimes the scan card doesn't work on different phones so customers have to revert to photographing the QR code... some customers run out of time to register so leave it until the next time they attend...

Overall: A great product to maintain customers and build relationships with your clientele... looks good... customers like how the 'card' stamps and how the rewards display...

Pros: I love all the new upgrades and inclusions that have recently been added plus the scratch and win game is a game changer when it comes to getting new customers to constantly come back always excited about what they can win

Cons: I actually only have positive thing to say, as I haven’t found anything bad, especially after they introduced the new beta upgrade

Overall: Since the very first day that I walked into a store and saw the Stamp Me logo and asked about it, I integrated it into my business. Best decision I have ever made.

Pros: Very easy to navigate and my customers seems to love the features. Hope to have more features soon!!

Pros: The ease, convenience, and customizable functionality. From the customer perspective to the back end dashboard, it's really easy to use and makes earning a reward easy and attainable.

Cons: The dashboard needs to reboot and restart often. Also, it would be nice to develop more robust reporting tools.

Overall: Overall this program has been great and our customers seem to really love it! A punch card tied to an app is brilliant!

Pros: I like that it’s easy to use, for both myself and customers. It’s a great way to get customers to come back for more! So far, my customers have loved the app as well.

Cons: I do wish the single use QR codes would be sent as individual pdf files, rather than on a sticker sheet. I use my thermal printer, so that makes it inconvenient.

Overall: Overall I will continue to use this platform as long as my customers do! I enjoy giving back to them, because it shows my appreciation for their support.

Pros: We love the new app based loyalty system for our customers no longer losing cards or forgetting to stamp customers say they like the fact they can choose what reward to collect not just the same for everyone

Cons: Having to have signal to open app as we are in a low signal area sometimes having to wait for customer to connect to our wifi to open app

Overall: Very happy with the app & our customers like it which is more important to us as we see repeat loyalty
