Pros: Very easy to use. I tend to not like products that are labor intensive to figure out, or that I have to spend a lot of time on but this one checks the boxes on that.

Cons: No real cons. The price is right and I have never had any issues.

Overall: I would highly recommend Eforms. I have been using it for my business for years and it is very user friendly, cost effective and overall a great product.

Pros: This is super simple and easy to use, especially after doing a redesign of their site in the last couple of years. Everything is simple and info is saved from the previous year as well.

Cons: Honestly, just that I don't need to use it more. I have little issue using this for 1099s each year.

Overall: Amazing, as a contractor and as someone who paid people to help with my work this was a gift to use.

Overall: I never have issues using this program. It sends all the information out for me all I have to do is enter the new data each year and the rest is a breeze.

Pros: TIN/name match results are consistently accurate, which matters when a mismatch means holding up a merchant's onboarding. The API was straightforward to wire into our Salesforce-based ISO onboarding and underwriting process — we call it as part of the merchant verification step and get back a clean, parseable response without a lot of custom middleware. Having the validation happen inside the workflow instead of as a separate manual lookup saved our team a real amount of time per file.

Cons: The web interface feels dated compared to the API behind it, and the integration documentation could be more detailed — we worked through a few things by trial and error rather than finding them documented.

Overall: We use TINCheck weekly as part of merchant verification in a financial services setting, and it does the core job reliably: accurate results, a sane API, and no surprises in production. If you're a finance or compliance team that needs TIN validation embedded in an existing system rather than run as a standalone lookup, it's a solid fit. Some polish on the UI and docs would make it better, but the underlying service has been dependable.

Overall: overall it was fast and easy to get set up and get paid, i thought it was great i didnt have any extra or unnecessary fees. was paid quickly and easy, straight into my account

Pros: I used the desk top version prior to the cloud version. I was able to upload previous data into the cloud super easy, and I've been able to navigate around with ease. I did have to reach out to the support team one time and was amazed at the response time, very quick and my issue was resolved.

Cons: The format is different from the desk top version; just took some time to get used to the new format and figure out where things are. Change is hard sometimes, but I feel pretty confident I'll have no issues with processing 1099's/W-2 for my company.

Overall: So far, pretty impressed with the software in general. I do plan on printing and mailing myself but maybe in time, I can utilize the Sovos team to do it all for me.

Pros: Wonderful product. Very easy to use with substantially no training. Beginners can pick this up on their own and comply with Internal Revenue Service reporting requirements.

Cons: Little to nothing. Due to our organization policies, our internal IT had to help assist on the install. Otherwise everything would have been done on our own.

Overall: Great experience and repeat user. Due to being able to import information and carryover prior year information it makes the process that more efficient and easy to use.

Overall: great workhorse for enterprise teams. It prioritises security and processing power over a interface, making it a great solution for high-volume compliance

Pros: SOVOS made it easy to validate all vendor information to ensure proper filing and reduce IRS notices.

Cons: communication sometimes lacked when reaching out to SOVOS and considering filing deadlines, responses to issues were late and not a priority for SOVOS.

Overall: Will definitely use SOVOS for 2026 for the ease of use and now that i know how the system works, it should be easier the second time around.

Pros: Ease of use, clear and concise FAQ's. Software enabled my organization an affordable route to required tax filings.

Cons: Not web based. This made it more difficult to work across departments but overall the value made this headache worth it.

Cons: There is nothing I do not like about the process.

Overall: Excellent, I recommended it to a Financial Secretary at our church who was struggling getting W-2 out. He really likes it.
