Pros: I like the ease of using the platform for all my w2 and 1099 forms every year to issue tax documents for my business.

Cons: I don’t have anything that I didn’t like for this section.

Overall: Overall experience was great, system was easy to use and the overall experience was satisfying and user friendly.

Pros: eFileMyForms software: No printing and reprinting forms like you do if processing in house. The ease of printing ER forms is awesome and not having to handle the mail part is great too. The per item cost is competitive with other software but I found the menus and instructions to move through the software is much more user friendly.

Cons: Reset of your password is cumbersome if it works.

Overall: Overall I'm satisfied with eFileMyForms software and will continue to use it for my annual forms processing.

Pros: As a newly elected officer in my church I find this product to be excellent when it comes to tax time. The easy steps make it possible to perform my job with no hitches.

Cons: I have nothing that I could consider a con when using this product.

Overall: Overall, this product makes my job a lot easier than it could be for a novice. I strongly recommend this product for new users.

Pros: Ease of use and consistency of process. I do not have time to constantly 're-learn' how to use a product, especially one so crucial to required business functions. Thank you for keeping this simple!

Cons: I have not found any cons to using this product. I need efficiency and effectiveness in the products for my business purposes. I do not use products more than once if they prove to be too complex, hard to administer, difficult to access or apply. Time is of the essence for me as an entrepreneur running my own business as the primary person in charge.
Time = money and I appreciate products that take this into consideration.

Overall: Again, since this process is something I only need to complete once yearly, I need the consistency of not having to 're-learn' usage. Effective and Efficient is what I look for in a product.

Pros: Stores my historical data and recipients! Easy to print reports of my filings. It tracks multiple companies and recipients.

Cons: Could be easier to do several at once instead of adding one each time.

Overall: I have been using efilemyforms for many years for several companies. I like that it stores my information and I don't have to re-enter it every year. Everything is done quickly and they notify me when the forms get sent out. I can print reports quickly.

Pros: The system is very easy to use. The prompts and feedback of the system eliminate most input errors, resulting in significantly less time required to complete the filings.

Cons: I haven't noticed any missing or confusing data entry requirements of the system.

Overall: This system operates precisely as represented. I have used it for 8 years and have never had a problem. The product is also very cost effective

The integrations with SAP and NetSuite work reliably, the determination engine is accurate, and the support team is knowledgeable when you need deep tax expertise. Once configured, it significantly reduces manual work and audit risk for large transaction volumes.

Cons: The interface can feel dated and complex for day-to-day users. Implementation and ongoing configuration require significant effort and specialized knowledge. Pricing is firmly enterprise-level and can be hard to justify for mid-market needs. Support response times vary depending on the severity of the issue.

Overall: Sovos is a solid choice for large organizations with complex global tax and e-invoicing obligations, especially those already running SAP or similar ERPs. It delivers strong compliance coverage and automation once fully set up. Smaller or less complex teams may find the platform heavier and more expensive than necessary. Overall experience has been positive for our use case after the initial ramp-up period.

Pros: eFileMyForms makes it easy to send W-2s to my contractors. The price is exactly the price point I am looking for as a very small business.

Cons: I have no cons. I've used the product for a few years now and haven't encountered any issues.

Overall: As a sole proprietor, tax forms for contracts can get hard and expensive. eFileMyForms makes this affordable and easy.

Pros: The system completes tax forms such as W-2s. The best thing is that the forms you file are saved and can be retrieved even a year later.

Cons: It is easy to find forms but hard to get to the place to print them

In comparison BSO services online requires you to print to keep the forms.
BSO online does not keep the forms for retrieval in the future

Pros: I love using eFile for my 1099 needs. Simple to use and very cost effective. Some professionals charge and arm and a leg for the same outcome. With eFile, it’s a snap for a fraction of the cost.

Cons: The menu could be designed for better user interface and interaction.

Pros: Simple site and easy to navigate! Though I only need the site for my purposes once a year, it is so easy to come back to year after year!

Overall: I have been working with eFileMyForms for years now and they are the simplest, easiest and fastest filing system for forms that I have worked with. I highly recommend them.

Pros: The user friendly software use. Lead you to stay in focus and doesn't overtask you with theoretical questions.

Cons: I got frustrated at times with adding and deleting customers. I had to watch the user's video a couple of time to understand what it was all about.

Overall: My overall experience has been very positive. I run a musical group ranging from 1 to 18 members. It has allowed me to add or delete names as the situation calls.

Pros: Once the data is uploaded, very simple to generate the required tax forms, request tax filing and have eFileMyForms distribute them.

Cons: The requirements of the data import file. Takes a lot of time configuring the information I export from our inhouse system before being able to upload it in a useable format. Would have hoped a simple xls file would be acceptable, useable to provide all of the necessary data.

Overall: eFileMyForms is a great option, and reasonably priced, if you're unable to create, file and distribute tax forms.

Pros: easy to navigate the website. I barely knew what I was doing and it was pretty simple to set up for 1099-ing our contracted employees. Prices were very fair to mail them the documents instead of me!

A year later i went back to find something and it was easy to find it.

Pros: I like that everything goes through a TIN check immediately. Errors are shown immediately. Easy to navigate.

Pros: TINCheck is straightforward and easy to use. The verification process is quick, and the results are clearly presented. It has helped us streamline our EIN/TIN verification process and reduce the amount of manual work required during customer onboarding.

Cons: The user interface feels somewhat dated and could be more intuitive. More detailed explanations for certain verification results or error messages would also be helpful, especially when additional review is required.

Overall: Overall, TINCheck has been a useful and reliable tool for our business verification process. It is easy to implement into our existing workflow and has improved efficiency by allowing us to verify EIN/TIN information more quickly. The core functionality works well, although there is still room for improvement in the user interface and result explanations.

Pros: I had used a different online system last year to file my 1099's. It was an absolute headache to do an amendment. So, this year, I tried eFileMyForms. It was so easy to use! I had all my 1099's uploaded and processed in a fraction of the time I'd needed for the prior year on the other system. I liked it so much, I also used it for my church's 1099 filings this year.

Cons: Nothing. It was super easy to use and saved me a lot of time.

Overall: I will definitely use eFileMyForms again in 2027 for my 1099's for both my company filing and my church's filings.

Cons: Nothing really. It has the feathers I need and can work for all of my client companies.

Overall: I have been using efile for over five years and have found nothing that I would change to. I check other products at the start of the year.
