Pros: The Products are simple to us and the instructions are in great layman terms which is good for a small business person and not tech savvy person!

Cons: Ha, well for me it is always the cost. I feel it is a bit pricey.

Pros: Does a really good job of verifying EIN and SSN for vendor management. Giving it a 70% threshold helps with spelling and or naming conventions to verify if there is a match with IRS records.

Cons: Whenever the IRS portal/verification system is down, you are the mercy of the IRS when this gets fixed. From time to time, the portal will hang as if loading when you hit submit, but it just sits there and it does not load the request. You will need to close and log back in and resubmit the request.

Overall: overall, it is a great tool for vendor management verification and it helps with 1099 reporting as the goal is to get as little IRS letters during tax season about not matching EIN records

Pros: EFileMyForms has been a great discovery for my small businesses for years. We never have to determine the best value in submitting the year end forms like 1099-INT or 1099-NEC. It's easy, a great value and trusted. Thank you for the many years of support!

Cons: Maybe a few more menu options to more easily access the filed forms would be helpful. I have always been able to find the forms, but a consolidated list with the recipient and the amounts would be great!

Overall: The best valued support for all the year end form filing and mailing for our small businesses! Thanks you for the service.

Pros: It is easy to use, intuitive, and streamlined, making it simple for anyone to get started right away. I train new employees, and this product requires very little instruction. I can walk them through it once, and they are able to use it confidently on their own.

Cons: I am not satisfied with the updated print format. The print is extremely small and difficult to read. Additionally, the system can be very unreliable and tends to go down during critical times, which creates unnecessary delays and frustration.

Overall: Overall, this is a decent product for my needs. I’m always on the lookout for new innovations, but I haven’t found another option that suits me better. I understand that no product will ever be perfect.

Cons: We needed the IRS confirmation number of filing for reporting reasons. We had to ask specifically for this and the support team didn't seem to know what we were asking for at first. Some systems provide this with confirmation of acceptance out of hand.

Overall: The overall process was great and we felt it was streamlined for getting setup initially to filing the actual forms. The import process was very easy and didn't require a lot of extra work. We had a minor delay in getting some of the confirmation information for the filing itself; however, that was minor given the library of efiling the system allowed.

Pros: We have used Tin Check for quite a while, and I must say it is a great product. I highly recommend it.

Cons: I cannot think of anything negative to say it's a great product.

Got my forms filed quite a bit cheaper than I could buy the forms, print and mail myself, without all the hassle.

Cons: My only con would have to be that I didn't find this product earlier when I was filing W-2s!

Overall: I found this product on a Google search and so glad I did. Was having a hard time finding the 1099 forms that I needed to purchase, even on Amazon. I logged on and used it for my 2 types of 1099 forms. I thought I was going to end up having to file late and pay a penalty because I'd have to order from the IRS but EFileMyForms saved me the trouble and cost!

Pros: You can upload a file to have a large number of TINs checked at one time. We use this feature during 1099 season. We get a detailed report back quickly (usually in a few hours). The report tells us if any TIN has an error and what the error is. It is easy to upload the file. You can also check TINs one at a time, which we use when onboarding.

Cons: Nothing I can think of. The product works as expected and is easy to use.

Overall: Good service that we have been using for 10+ years. It allows us to quickly find accounts with bad TINs so we can correct the numbers before our 1099s go out. Our TIN numbers are accurate and we have never had a fine because of wrong numbers.

Pros: Very easy to use. Great if you have multiple entities. I love that I get email updates throughout the process so I always know where my forms are in the process. The TIN check feature is great. I don't have to worry about violations and penalties due to names and TINs not matching.

Cons: I really have no complaints. The software works as advertised.

Pros: It is easy to create 1099NEC to mail to my client on eFileMyForms. I have many clients that need to get their contractors 1099NEC forms. I can file multiple forms from different clients. It is a breeze.

Cons: I have no issue with eFileMyForms. I love using it makes my job easier during tax season. I use to use pdffiler but now i use eFileMyForms.

Pros: I really liked the To check experience but especially that it has evolved to getting ahead of giving you an alert well before you need it. This allows for the experience to be seamless - as you can now do everything online - and not have to find out that you've lost your befits when you need them.

Cons: The follow up was lacking. I didn't get a resolution email.

Overall: The experience was ahead of its time and it allowed for preparation on my part. That's priceless and gives me the flexibility to put my resources in order.

Pros: I have used your product for many years now and find it to be easy to use overall.
I love that fact that all my previous years filing for my clients are always there if I need to reprint them. This is much better than creating the forms and printing and filing them with the IRS and mailing to recipients. The time it takes to process them is only minutes.

Cons: The only con I would say is the flow of creating a recipients form to adding them to the cart and then going back to print if I don’t choose to have them mailed. But maybe that’s just a “me” problem.
