    "Clunky software and very slow "

    Pros: We liked sonar when we used V1. We use to get great support but that has since changed. Most of the time we are ignored when submitting tickets.

    Cons: We were forced to moved to V2 and the migration didn’t go very smooth. The software is more complicated to use and things don’t always make sense for our employees. We have had several issues with billing running properly and the amount of unplanned outages this past year have been very costly to our operations and customers.

    Overall: Overall if you are a small WISP it may be okay but if you are a growing Fiber provider I don’t think that you will be very pleased with Sonar.
