If you require a module that we do not have, please ask us and we may be willing to build it for you.

SocialBugCRM will create an interactive widget on your website and works with your existing sites secure authentication. Easily create a seamless single sign-on from your website into our CRM. An example use case would be for affiliate party plan companies, once your website user authenticates, they can click on the widget to enter into the CRM and create party orders. Another example would be for any type of membership website in which you want to offer your end customers a custom portal where your specific business rules have been digitized business.

    "Run!! WORST company ever!!"

    Pros: Nothing! There are no pros to list here. I waited and paid for 6 years for them to get it working properly.

    Cons: With no exaggeration... The support rep is an extreme abuser when on their end things are broken. He will also tell you to pay when they have a glitch or something needs fixed to improve their software. He will always tell you that they don't need you because they have better customers who pay more. I have stored tons of emails of verbal abuse. On top of it all the product is very outdated, slow, hard to use and constant bugs and glitches. The worst company I have ever dealt with! Leaving for other software has been a huge relief and saved a ton of money vs what I paid for 6 years that they never did get working properly.

    Overall: Terrible!! Too many to list. Everything was bad from A to Z. The day I finally had enough and canceled was the only relief there was!
