    Pros: This is an excellent app tool. I used mainly to report any maintenance issues in our hotel also housekeeping tasks to be done. Clear simple to use. Highly recommended to maintain property.

    Cons: Sometimes tasks discrepancy between android and apple users.

    Overall: Really good few problems on beginning to synchronize Apple and Android user. Tasks discrepancy occurred.

    "What a game changer"

    Pros: Its ease of use and how quickly you can add requests, amazing
    The customer care is the best I have ever encountered, no issue too big or small, response times to queries are brilliant.

    Cons: What's not to like, so easy to use, I'm lost as to finding a con.

    Overall: Its user friendliness is probably Snapfix's best attribute. However, their customer support is fabulous. They evolve Snapfix to suit your needs and its not simply one size fits all.

    Pros: The Snapfix app is simple to use, gives clear/direct messages to all our users, and is convenient and accessible anywhere or on the go to any smartphone.

    Cons: The lack of font sizes and color selection for a text message, and also there is no edit option if you type a wrong message I know the developers are working on it to improve.

    Overall: Best app out there so far for all your maintenance especially for those who are always on the move and doing multitasks like me. The Snapfix team is so supportive and helpful to any issue we came across.

    Cons: Occasionally I needed to refresh/reload or re-install the application (this was quick and easy, but still a little inconvenient).

    Overall: One of my most widely used applications and a super productivity/organising resource. A great way of showing real-time progress.

    "Easiest and Most Effective Tool I've Used!"

    Pros: With Snapfix, I love that I am able to take a picture and get things done in a way that I'm used to -- a text and WhatsApp-esque interface that is so easy and utilizes the smart phone camera and most importantly my workflow of how I do everything in life.

    Cons: The Snapfix interface is simple. Though, it can keep getting simpler and more beautiful!

    Overall: Overall, this is the go-to app to get things done. I rarely want to move out of my email, messaging and Spotify apps. This is an exception, and it can do so many powerful things but without the hassle of overly burdensome apps.

    Pros: It is very easy to use and snapfix are very helpful in setting it up.
    I really like it as it's a shared platform with other team members and contractors.

    You can easily share pics and videos without flooding email or WhatsApp.

    Cons: As with everything, when it's something new to use it can be annoying but it is worth it.

    Overall: Customer with Snapfix and sales team have been very supportive along the way. I would recommend this app for anyone with multiple sites, machines, sections that need to be monitoring for maintenance and repairs as an easy to use tool for the whole team and outside agents.

    Pros: The application is very effective in such a way that you are able to communicate with people on a far distance without calling the and the response is good and timely.

    Cons: 1. It is difficult to get history of what was ordered way back or in the early months of the year
    2. The App depends on internet availability as it can not be used when internet is down and it also becomes slow when signal is low.

    Overall: Overall my experience with snap fix is excellent it makes my work easy and am able to get maintenance works done in a shortest period of time.

    Pros: We use the platform daily to log all our OutdoorSpace.ie installs. So good to have everything in one place and excellent to have a photo record of everything date and time based. We are two years using Snapfix and honestly if has saved so much time across our business and allows us communicate faster and get our tasks done. We would be lost without it.

    "The One that has it all"

    Pros: First and foremost - Simplicity - Virtually every single member of our team that has used the app has found next to no troubles understanding how it works. It’s pretty much self-explanatory and straightforward.
    Second - Brings accountability - no more halfway done jobs. You’ve got anything that you could ask from a task completion history - task, people involved, who is to do it, when was done, how it was done, follow up if necessary…
    Third - Flexibility - can be used in many ways to support the business. We use it for maintenance tasks tracking, marketing tasks tracking, daily check ups tracking… I personally began using it at home for tasks that I never get to remember to start, let alone finish - it’s all recorded and waiting patiently to get done…
    I could go on with fourth and fifth and etc… but I guess it would be best for you to try and see for yourself how good Snapfix is.

    Cons: Well… it’s hard to say as I have been extremely happy with the development team who has taken into consideration suggestions we have made as we go along using it and the app keeps on improving.

    Overall: Nothing short of excellent.
    The app has helped us to vastly improve on completing tasks, reduced the reaction time, offered instant communication with the relevant people, made reports easier, positively affected every single side of the business we have used it and last but not least - the ease of use and the realisation of its benefits have won the respect among the team and enhanced even further the efficiency in using the app across the company.

    Pros: This app is easy to use where all users have little trouble with submitting requests. It is best used with smartphones but can be used on the web.

    Cons: The app tends to log people out periodically which causes some to be discouraged.

    Overall: I have enjoyed the simplicity of this program. I needed something simple since we have few on the maintenance staff.

    Pros: Is so much easy to use to report all the issues. Issue is going quickly to our maintenance team and can be quick resolved. Also o like to use Snapfix because o can do this from any place in the building and is saving so much time because I can use from my mobile phone and don’t have to walk to the office.

    Cons: I don’t like when that I can’t edit anything. For example if I have issue and sometimes I have mixed room number I can not delete or delete what I have post it on.

    Overall: I’m enjoying using Snapfix app, this is showing we going forward. Also I like a design and is so much easy to use.

    Pros: User friendly. The app is constantly evolving and to add new features and make it more user-friendly. From a property maintenance perceptive it is perfect for keeping track of tasks.

    Cons: None, it is an asset to us. Support is very good if needed. There were a few glitches when necessary updates were being implemented but the Snapfix support team helped us to resolve these immediately.

    Overall: Great support and the app is of huge benefit to our organization. The team has adopted it as part of their daily routine and it makes their job so much easier.

    Pros: The traffic light system is very efficient, it makes it easy to communicate between staff members what status a job is at.
    The priority tool is great for emphasizing a matter of urgency on a job.
    Being able to create and customize groups makes filing much easier and makes for a neat system.

    Cons: I don't have many negatives for Snapfix, however, it would be very handy if you could select multiple pictures at once to upload.
    Having to select each picture individually is tedious and time-consuming.
    Being able to take lots of pictures and upload them at a later time in one chunk would be amazing. Thats my only negative!

    Overall: All in all, it has made communicating much easier between staff and the work environment, and relationships have improved since we started using Snapfix.
    The app can be used in many ways which would cater to various industries.
    I would give Snapfix 9/10.

    Pros: Its functionality. Snapfix is easy to use, it provides the ability to create reports, schedule tasks, and keep track of everything.

    Cons: The only thing we would like to be able to do is to have a function to add more pictures at once while uploading them on Snapfix instead of adding pictures one by one.

    Overall: We are really satisfied with the app and its functionality.
    Everyone got on so well with the app as it is so easy to use.
    We keep track of everything on Snapfix, from logging maintenance issues and following up on them with the maintenance team, to doing daily checklists, doing apartment inspections, creating move-out reports, etc.

    Cons: Not able to move tasks on the checklist up or down to change their order

    "Favorite Maintenance App!"

    Pros: I love that I’m able to be notified when a submission has been completed. It makes keeping track of the hall, and my students' dorm needs really easy.

    I also love how intuitive it is to use. I’m able to provide as much information about the situation as possible without having to fish around the app, which makes the submission quick and seamless.

    Cons: The only con is the character limit when submitting a request. It’s not terrible though because I can always elaborate in the “comment” section, but maybe slightly more characters would be beneficial in case the maintenance team doesn’t look at the comments.

    Otherwise, I have no complaints.

    Overall: I’ve had a great experience using Snapfix. As I previously mentioned, it’s super intuitive and fast to use. I also appreciate that it always works. In the past, the school I work at used a different app and it constantly crashed and made reporting things that needed to be fixed very complicated, but I haven’t had this issue with Snapfix.

    Pros: Snap Fix is a quick and easy way to document repairs and other requests that need attention. It allows instant communication with other departments that will overall make everyone's department run smoothly.

    Cons: I have no cons in relation to the product. I would make it easier to add multiple pictures at one time would be better though.

    Overall: I really really like being able to document issues or repairs needed on the spot and it has helped me as a supervisor to make sure things I find are accurately recorded.
