Pros: I and my product teams, 2 software developer, 2 ui ux designers and head of products use Shorter Loop for my saas crm product, we use the tool for various reasons:
1. Clean UI.
2. Easy to learn, no hand holding needed.
3. For my existing product when I am trying to identify my target audience, the ai powered continuous discovery tool gives me a whole new insight which is well researched i.e. new segment of audiences which I have not targeted right now as I have not thought through it.
4. It creates a better product vision, my audience profile including old n new segments with a lot more deeper insights of pains, goals, needs, aspirations, the tool then helps me create many experiments to set up run on these customer segments to validate these problems n these are so sound that I can identify with the tool's prioritization matrix which one I should prioritize now, in mid term or in long term, etc...

Cons: Shorter Loop is continuously coming up with upgraded and advanced features. No dislike at all.

Overall: Shorter Loop helps us refine our product vision by offering deeper insights into both existing and new audience segments, including their pains, goals, needs, and aspirations.

Pros: The Collaboration feature of Shorter Loop has really made it easy for us to work smoothly. We can invite N number of team members, work together, and can share ideas in real time.
Along with this, the Feedback Manager or the Idea Manager, it has helped us a lot in exploring the idea in depth, so that we can decide if we want to go with it or not. The AI-powered Idea Manager is the best feature of the tool.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about shorter loop tool. I will recommend every company to try it once.

Overall: All the phases of the product are connected with each other. It is the unique feature that attracted me to Shorter Loop. Overall, it is a good product.

Pros: Shorter Loop perfects the product road mapping by prioritizing the right features. It does an amazing job with its simple value and effort matrix/chart by identifying the right features to prioritize from the first day that will be liked by the majority of our customers.

Cons: Don’t remember anything of such, noting to add to this point.

Pros: - Business model that is tying everything together - needs, pains of persona to value proposition, internal cost, resources, with business objective and revenue goal.
- Requirement gathering is easy in the tool in various ways - Idea Manager, setting up experiments and validate them.
- Easily save the top feedback items as work items, create epic, story and features easily.
- Product post launch metrics - easy to track and set up and get all metrics in one console from web site product page visit, sign up, daily usage, monthly usage, churn, churn propensity, CSAT, NPS and more...

Cons: Would be good to have more product roadmap templates and various other ways to prioritize features of the product that customers are looking for.

Overall: - End to end business model while keeping the customer at the heart (think product / service from outside-in).
- Post launch product metric tracking to check overall performance and do necessary course correction.
- Easy to gather requirements through Idea Manager, Validation process which is easy to set up, monitor and then tie the results back to value proposition canvas.
