Shiftbrook is rota and HR software for UK businesses with shift-based teams, including hospitality, retail, care and warehouse operators. Managers can build and share weekly rotas, while staff use their phones to clock in and out through a browser. The software also supports holiday and leave requests, allowance tracking that accounts for UK bank holidays, and timesheets for managers to review and approve before payroll. These tools bring shift planning, attendance, leave administration and preparation of worked hours together in one service. Shiftbrook is free for organizations with up to 10 staff. Larger teams pay £3 per active person per month, subject to a £15 monthly minimum. Plans have no contracts or setup fees.
