    Pros: ShiftNex is a game changer in workforce management for Skilled Nursing homes. It’s intuitive and incredibly easy to use. I can effortlessly manage employee schedules, view agency employees, track credentials, and make future plans—all in one place. The integration with staffing agencies on-demand is seamless, eliminating the need for endless phone calls and emails. It has dramatically reduced errors and increased visibility with an outstanding dashboard.

    Cons: So far, I haven’t encountered any issues, everything is working smoothly.

    Overall: I highly recommend ShiftNex for any healthcare facility needing efficient workforce management software. It simplifies scheduling, credential management, and works excellently with staffing agencies.
