Pros: Couldn't find any 'PROS' so if less than one star is possible I would review at that level. Gave it almost 95 minutes and will not recommend or use again.
Cons: 90 MINUTES TO GET TO MY FIRST SHIPPING - Software is a minefield - "no i'm not from Australia! - the US" A waste of time - password resets not working, chat is the dumbest AI - HOW can I help you? - Can't reset my password - using the password you sent me!" "How can I help you?" You have no choice but to save your payment info before checking out. Then they don't accept my Visa like 1,000 other merchants do.
Tried and tried, PLUS re-weighing charges on top of weight charge if not right, then only $1.21 less than UPS. My 90 minutes is worth a lot more. Still trying to delete my CC information. Not recommended.Overall: Frustration, pointless waste of time, not noticeably cheaper and use USPS in US who often loose my parcels.

Pros: Easy integration with Shopify.
Creates black hole for packages.
Destroys your hard work.
Ruins business reputation.Cons: Loses your packages.
Doesn't get picked up.
Not proactive in resolving delays.
Always chasing them, which wastes my time.Overall: I am totally fed up with Sendle after using it for 3 months for my small business. At least half of my online orders have had 2 week of delays in processing the pick up/delivery. Currently I've got a large order that is potentially lost after sitting at the hub collection for almost 2 weeks. It is not worth risking your new business' reputation using Sendle. It has been the most disappointing and frustrating experience ever and will be looking to switch to another delivery service.

Pros: Nothing good to say about this company. They have not delivered on their promises so there are NO pros to lists here.
Cons: I've been waiting over a week for a delayed package. Their online tools are useless. No one should ever use this company when there are perfectly good options with the USPS or UPS/FedEx.
Overall: Stay away - do not give Sendle your business. It will be the biggest mistake you've made with your business.

Pros: They were great a few years ago, good price and reliable. There is nothing else nice that I can say.
Cons: I run an eBay store and over the last 5 weeks have had issues with at least 50% of my packages. Taking days to be collected, collected items not being scanned, items being collected but not scanned, items not moving through the system and being declared lost but compensation refused.
They ignore all my correspondence, until I told them I was taking the complaint to the Postal Ombudsman. They have been running around me all day trying to fix things, but I told them they can deal with the Ombudsman.
This unreliable service is damaging my eBay business. I will be contacting eBay to advise the issues.
If you want to keep trying to support@sendle.com usually gets a response after 5 or 6 emails, but it does give you a paper trail.
Reading these reviews, I'm glad to hear that it's not just my parcels.Overall: If you value your business and customers, stay away from Sendle.
