SeatPlanning is a drag-and-drop seating chart tool for weddings, corporate events, conferences and classrooms. Lay out round, rectangular and serpentine tables on a canvas, drag guests onto seats, and group families or teams together. Collect RSVPs with custom questions, send email invitations, and check guests in at the door with QR codes. Invite a partner, colleague or client to edit the same chart, then export a print-ready PDF or an Excel guest list for the venue and caterer. No sales calls and no annual contract: a $29 one-off Event Pass covers a single event, and monthly plans suit professional planners managing many client events. Available in English, German, French, Spanish and Romanian. It is a 2D planning tool, not a 3D venue renderer.
