    "Great Software"

    Pros: Ease of use for our staff and for our guests. Also, great interface and easy to understand for new staff. Integrated well with our website.

    Cons: Nothing so far it is everything we had hoped for and more.

    Overall: It was easy to initialize and integrate into our existing website. It was easy to learn and made booking much easier for our guests.

    "Handy site for reservations"

    Pros: Many RV campgrounds don't take credit cards. RoverPass makes that possible. Helps campers that don't carry cash with them.

    Cons: Hefty fees added to campground fees. Not easy to refund camper fees and they don't get user fees refunded.

    Overall: It is handy for those who want to pay the campground fees by credit card. It also gives the campground the ability to reject or approve the reservation request.

    "RoverPass has made our lives so much easier "

    Pros: Before we started using RoverPass campsite, cabin booking and event bookings website, our phone was constantly ringing for reservations. You couldn’t eat with family and sometimes at midnight without the phone ringing. RoverPass set us up a website for our customers to book all these things, as well as, agree to waiver liability. It is a easy system to learn. We get the list of bookings online and the money goes into our account. No more taking credit cards over square. The small fee per booking is so cheap and the good part about it, is it’s passed onto the customer. People are used to paying small fees for these type of services. I thought I would get complaints about that but none so far. RoverPass personal has always been there for us. Easy to reach and a pleasure to talk to. Thank you RoverPass!!

    Cons: The only con I have found is that I have been unable to get the interact campsite map going and that is my fault because I haven’t sent it yet to RoverPass.

    Overall: They set up short zoom classes and go over how to use the system. It was super easy and we enjoy the system so much. Love the website they put together for us. I was trying to build a website before started using RoverPass but they really made our life’s so much easier with all their help and knowledge.

    Pros: I like the easy way to send an invoice to those who are website impaired. We have received about 600 reservations for this year with minimal problems. Easy to refund, too.
    I REALLY like the speed that I can get questions answered when I run into a problem.
    Bottom line - I love this and will continue to use RoverPass.

    Cons: I wish people could book multiple sites at once for clubs, groups.

    Overall: Easy-peasy once you get the hang of it. My learning curve was straight up... the daily round up of what actions need to be done is very helpful. To have the emails with each transaction helps me to stay on top of things.

    Pros: -Great customer service & team
    -It was easy to install onto our website
    -Team is willing to listen to our feedback and suggestions
    -Customers are booking easily with it, for the most part
    -Has nice layout of photos and information
    -No monthly fee to the campground/park owner

    Cons: -Confusing for customers to know what size rig to put in and what size sites correlates with their rig *this has been our biggest issue
    -Customers cannot change/edit their reservation on their own, it has to be done by your team/employees
    -Search engine is very specific by location

    Overall: Overall we've had a good experience with RoverPass and their team. We had some struggles in the beginning that had to be addressed and the team helped us work those out. We are still learning with them, but making progress.

    Pros: The platform is user friendly and the customer service is second to none - always prompt and very helpful.

    Cons: I can't think of a con. I have never encountered a problem that support can't resolve quickly.

    Overall: I'm looking forward to expanding our business, in the years ahead, with the help of RoverPass. Working closely with RoverPass support, it makes my job easier. I recommend RoverPass to everyone!

    Pros: I've used several programs the past 20+ years. This is the simplest to teach other users to use it. It's very user friendly.

    Cons: Being able to adjust the price after the reservation has been made.

    Overall: Great, program for our members to use without having to come to the office, the ability to pay online is good for us.

    Pros: Amazing customer service and prompt response rate. Any time I've needed assistance I can expect a quick response from the RoverPass Team. All associates I've spoke with (Michelle, Grace, Nicole and Brandon just to name a few) have been very knowledgeable about the product. On the occasion that these individuals haven't had the answer at their fingertips a response/resolution has always been quick to follow.

    Regarding the product itself, very user friendly with limited training required to operate. Calendar is clear and easy to use. Updating rates/website information is very easy. Overall, a very user friendly program. I've had a few suggestions for the program and it seems like once I mention them they are currently in the works or at least receptive to the feedback. Check in process is very easy as is changing sites/dates of stay. Visually, the program is attractive and makes availability very clear and simple.

    Cons: I wish that there were profile notes in the guestbook segment. Sometimes we have guests with recurring issues/important notes. It would be great to be able to look up profile notes at the guestbook screen prior to booking reservation instead of having to look up reservations notes on each individual reservation to find information. Would be useful for guests who are blacklisted or to have easily access information to tailor the call for the guest "will you be bringing Fido with you this time?" or "I see your coming to visit your grandkids in Manteo again this weekend." Gives a more personal feel without having to remember each individual campers name.

    I've also mentioned, I would love to see notes on the block out dates. Sometimes it's hard to remember why you placed a hold on a reservation. Was it a camper who never called back to reserve? Are we doing site maintenance on this day? It would be nice to put notations in for why the block is in place

    Overall: Overall, I have been very satisfied with the entire experience from onboarding to product development. We have seen a great improvement in our booking rates and have really been able to maximize our bookings with the ease of moving campers into various sites. I would so recommend RoverPass especially to anyone currently using a paper calendar. When I'm cooking dinner on a Friday night and miss a phone call from a potential guest, I don't have to worry. Campers will book online instead of calling 5 times back to back desperately trying to book a site.

    The flexibility to flawlessly book online or over the phone has given myself and our campers such relief. We love RoverPass so much, there was absolutely no questions when signing on our second campground on with the RoverPass team.

    Pros: Rover Pass has really helped boost my reservations. There are a lot of features that make my life easier and the staff is quick to respond to my questions. The calendar is especially helpful and I can do all my reservations, even the long term ones with split payments. It's a very flexible system that is less expensive than a lot of others out there.

    Cons: There is a lot to learn if you haven't used a reservation system before. The technology is powerful but can be complicated at first. While it does a lot there are things I have to work around to match my park's needs. We're unique though, so I don't think any software would work perfectly.

    Overall: I spend less time on reservations overall and we are seeing a big uptick in business. I've been very happy with RoverPass.
