About Rollbook
Rollbook is web-based administration software for private language schools. It combines term and holiday planning, class scheduling, student and teacher records, attendance registers, progress notes, invoicing and data exports. Schools can set CEFR levels and rooms, schedule lessons across a term, and identify teacher or room conflicts. Teachers can record attendance on a phone, while administrators can export reports as PDF or CSV. Student records include placement results, level history and notes. Invoicing supports billing students or company clients, VAT on invoice lines, emailed PDF invoices and payment tracking. Teachers can access a private calendar feed.
