    Pros: we like the convenience being able to sale tickets on-line, having the seating map for customers to choose their own seats, equipment rental available, assistance throughout everything is also a plus Rachelle is awesome to work with, always there for me to answer my questions in a timely manner. Has always been a huge help for me each year.

    Cons: Sometimes the system goes completely down and prevents us from selling tickets at our ticket gate. Doesn't happen too often but Rachelle is always available to assist us with whatever we need at the time.

    Overall: Great experience! Would definitely recommend Rodeo Ticket to other rodeos. Honeycutt Rodeo, our Stock Contractor, produces their own rodeos and uses Rodeo Ticket and are happy with the product.

    "Best ticket platform"

    Pros: I love that we have someone to help us with any adjustments that need to be made, any questions we have, they get our rodeo set up and ready to go for online ticket sales, provide us with the products we need to sell tickets the day of the rodeo, send out emails to all of our previous customers to let them know when ticket sales are open again, and many other helpful things.

    Cons: There is always a learning curve with new technology and different products. The biggest issue for us is getting the printers and card readers to pair and stay paired to the tablets that we rent from rodeo ticket. These items are used in our ticket booth to sell tickets to people and it is a little frustrating trying to make sure everything works together correctly but I do believe we have gotten much better at understanding how it all works and we also received updated equipment last year as well.

    Overall: Our overall experience using Rodeo Ticket has been wonderful. We used to use a different platform and now we can't imagine using anyone else. They specialize in rodeos and it shows. They are part of why our rodeo is successful.

    Cons: Nothing! I absolutely love RodeoTicket.com It's so easy to use!

    Pros: It's pretty easy to setup the website. So simple a beginner could set it up. I would recommend!!

    Cons: Only problem is the customer service takes forever to respond :(

    Overall: Overall I believe it's a great bang for your buck! If they could improve the customer service, it would be perfect!
