About RoadReply
RoadReply is a web-based AI messaging assistant for Turo hosts and car-sharing fleet operators. After a host adds RoadReply as a co-host to a Turo hosting team, it reads guest conversations and prepares replies using trip details, vehicle information, pickup instructions, and house rules. Hosts can choose Auto Mode to send replies automatically, Drafts Mode to review each reply, or Custom settings to control automation by topic. The assistant handles recurring questions about pickup and return, vehicle features, fuel, charging, tolls, lockbox access, local areas, and trip changes, while flagging questions that need host attention. RoadReply also connects with Slack, WhatsApp, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Notion. Pricing is monthly per car, with lower per-car rates at higher fleet tiers.
