Teams can connect a business mailbox and turn incoming requests into enquiries, price quotes using their rate cards and vehicle classes, and convert accepted quotes into bookings. A shared calendar supports dispatching drivers and vehicles, while flight details can be kept with airport pickup bookings. Drivers can access trip information and pickup instructions through the mobile app. Operators can assign work to partner companies and track the agreed cost alongside the job. Invoices are created from bookings, with Stripe payment links available. The built-in Carson assistant can help staff find booking and invoice information, process enquiry emails, and draft replies for team review.
