    Pros: I love the ease of setting up customers. I like the fact that you get to build your own PBX which allows you to customize and tailor your customers' experience and requirements. I like the extensive training and lastly their support is super helpful!!!!

    Cons: I think I would have arranged the provisioning features a little differently.

    Overall: Overall it has been a great experience. I use the service for my company and I've onboarded a couple of customers.
