"Rimo Health Platform – Review (Operational Perspective)" Posted 2026-06-02
Pros: From an operational standpoint, Rimo has been a strong all-in-one infrastructure layer for launching and scaling telehealth workflows.
What works well:
* The platform significantly reduces the need to stitch together multiple vendors (EMR, billing, pharmacy, and patient flow tools).
* Speed to launch is a major advantage; setup and deployment are noticeably faster compared to more fragmented stacks.
* The flexibility in structuring clinical workflows (video, async care, labs, prescribing, and fulfillment) makes it easy to adapt to different telehealth verticals.
* Billing and operational tooling are tightly integrated, which simplifies day-to-day management and reduces operational overhead.
* The system is built in a way that allows teams to scale without constantly reworking their backend infrastructure.Cons: Areas to be mindful of:
* Because the platform is modular and configurable, teams that are not operationally clear on their workflows may need some initial guidance during setup.
* Like any full-stack system, taking advantage of all capabilities requires some onboarding and internal alignment.Overall: Rimo is a highly efficient operating system for telehealth companies that want to move quickly, consolidate their tech stack, and maintain control over their patient and pharmacy workflows without relying on multiple disconnected vendors.

"Lies on Lies" Posted 2026-04-06
Pros: Nothing the platform did not make me happy i have nothing good to say about them please read the cons listed below.
Cons: Hidden fees they never disclose upfront, then they lock you in so you can't bring your own doctor or pharmacy or leave without a fight. On top of that they claim to be HIPAA compliant and they absolutely are not. Stay far away total bait and switch.
Overall: Bad, bad experience. Honestly one of the worst I've had dealing with a company in this space. From start to finish it felt like I was dealing with an operation that has no idea what they're doing behind the scenes and is just hoping nobody notices. The management is horrible. Communication is a mess, nobody seems to be on the same page, and every time I tried to get a straight answer I got something different depending on who I talked to. Promises get made and then quietly broken. Timelines slip with no explanation. Issues that should take five minutes to resolve turn into days of back-and-forth, and half the time you're left chasing them instead of the other way around. That's not how a real business operates — that's how a side project operates while pretending to be a real business.
