Pros: Easy to Learn, helpful staff- they are always supportive when things go wrong and easy to work with.
Cons: Sometimes this system does not save notes or is slow.
Overall: Great experience with AZZLY so far, AZZLY staff are very friendly and helpful when situations arise.

Pros: Scheduling, documentation, communication, billing and administrative functions are taken of in an organized and efficient manner. Customized our forms to meet our needs. Training and customer services are excellent!
Cons: Sometimes the system is slow to load. This can be a little frustrating.
Overall: Great experience so far. System is far superior to other systems we have used in the past. Best decision we have made to help our company grow.

Pros: I love the fact that AZZLY is an integrated solution, the billing component makes getting paid easier and faster. It is exactly what we needed as a solution.
Cons: So far there are no cons that I can think of, the only thing I would say is that the mobile experience could be better.
Overall: The team at AZZLY has been great, and the onboarding and training were also fantastic. True professionals that took the time to learn our practice and to help us solve our problems.
