    Pros: As a consumer insight and business professional at a large CPG company, Revuze has been my go-to tool for sentiment analysis of our own products and competitive products. Because the platform has a deep level of granularity, it enables me to easily understand the reasons behind consumer sentiments quickly. But perhaps the top benefit is the customer service - all of my requests have been attended the same day.

    Cons: Although I am comfortable with the platform now, there was an initial learning curve (it wasn't as intuitive and I had a hard time coming through actual reviews for verbatims). The recent update has helped. I would recommend offering more trainings or sharing how to use the new features or updates.

    Overall: Revuze is my go-to platform for sentiment analysis. With its ability to extract and analyze sentiment from diverse online sources, the platform offers a holistic view of consumer preferences. The granular sentiment analysis, and real-time feedback loop make Revuze a valuable tool for making informed decisions and adapting to evolving consumer needs. I would recommend.

    Pros: Easily aggregates data into one centralized location. Has product level consumer feedback and trends vs. competition.

    Cons: Select data only syncs once a month, this can cause delay with reporting out data.

    Overall: Great service level, account manager and support are always quick to reply and provide clear guidance. System is easy to use and has a lot of features vs competitor products.

    Pros: I like the dashboard and how it describes the items, how it rates and put sentiments beyond every subject.

    Cons: Sometimes the AI does not understand the topics, for example when a word is used to much to describe a product or so, the AI gets it like a topic, when actually it is just the name of the product or so, making the study a little confusing.

    Overall: My overall experience is really good, its a easy dashboard to work with. And it has a lot of possible set ups that you can do to help with your work.
