About ReputeLift
ReputeLift is review-management software for single-location businesses, including home-service trades and appointment businesses. Teams can add customers manually or import customer records, send branded review requests by SMS or email, create Google review links and QR codes, and apply opt-out rules. Reviews are added to a shared inbox manually; the service does not automatically import Google or Facebook reviews. On the Pro plan, AI drafts replies in a selected tone for the owner to edit and post. Its optional AI Visibility add-on checks whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews mention a business for selected customer questions, tracks results, and suggests next steps. The tool includes review analytics, scheduled requests, and notifications. TradesBackbone can queue an ask for staff approval, and Mycel shares sign-in and review summaries. Plans are for one location and limit users and monthly requests.
