About Renviq

Renviq is rental operations software for independent car, motorbike and boat rental businesses of 1 to 100 vehicles: operators who have outgrown spreadsheets but do not need an enterprise leasing ERP.

It keeps fleet and customer records, bookings, availability, pricing rules, agreements, inspections and invoicing in one workspace, so a rental stops moving between a calendar, a Word template and an accounting tool. Operators publish a branded booking page or embed a widget, run several locations across timezones, and set seasonal rates, length-of-rent tiers and fees.

At handover, staff record pickup and return condition with photos, fuel and mileage, then collect an agreement signed by both sides with a PDF audit trail. Invoices come off the booking's own lines.

Country workflows: VERI*FACTU-mode invoicing for eligible Spanish businesses, and FatturaPA XML for Italy, generated for download — Renviq does not transmit it to the SdI.

Play Video Pickup, return and location go in; every car that is actually free comes back with its day rate and the total for the whole period. Booked vehicles stay in the list without a price, so nothing is quietly dropped. Tabs switch the same search to motorbikes or boats. Every booking for the month on one grid, colour-coded across eight states from Awaiting payment to No-show. Workshop blocks sit on the same calendar as rentals, so a vehicle in for service cannot be booked out from under you. Pick-up and drop-off are logged as a pair against the booking, with the customer, the vehicle, the damage count and the date each was completed. The history a dispute over a scratch is settled from. Sequential numbering, what was billed, what was paid and what is still outstanding, with partially paid as its own state. The €1,270.50 here is the same total the calculator quoted, not retyped. Export to CSV for the accountant. 21 vehicles in a single list — yacht, catamaran, RIB, jet ski, scooter, sport bike and cars — each with its plate, year, day rate and availability. Import from CSV on the way in, so moving off a spreadsheet is not a retyping job.
