Cons: They are frauds. I paid 1€ for a premium subscription and then they charged me 39€/month without informing me. It wasn’t stated clearly, it’s only written in the terms and conditions. I just found out about this after 10 months, I have lost 400€ for nothing.

Overall: Don’t use this website. They will take your money without telling you and you will find out months later.

Pros: I liked that i eventually got it cancelled. Best bit is trying to tell others that they shouldn't ever use.

Overall: Avoid signing up for Rentola. It's a scam. Their business model is built on offering a $1 trial period with no option to cancel the subscription or remove the card details from the account, then waiting until the renewal date hits.

Pros: nothing. I was scammed by this 'company' and want to warn others before they do business with them.

Cons: I suddenly started getting notifications on my credit report from a website called 'rentola' of $50 every month. I never remember signing up, no emails with signup, updates or 'thank you for joining us' - just a monthly charge that seemed to come out of nowhere.

Overall: Had to figure out how to unsubscribe and cancel my credit card because of this company. I hope my review will be helpful for others.

Cons: They don't even deserve 1 star, but that's not the option we have. They are purely unethical and inhumane scammers. I cancelled my subscription, and I got the cancellation email too. But guess what? THESE SCAMMERS STILL CHARGED ME 39 EUROS A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER! The more disgusting thing is that you cannot remove your card details from their website; you can only change them with another card.

Cons: BEWARE SCAMMERS!!! I never knowingly ordered their services. I ordered only one trial week for 25 CZK. Nevertheless, after a week, the amount of CZK 975 was deducted from my account for a subscription that I never ordered!

Overall: I am not a user, I only looked at one apartment offer once.
