About Keystone
Keystone is rental property management software for independent landlords and property management companies. It gives each tenant a running ledger for charges, payments, receipts and balances, so landlords and tenants can refer to the same account record. Rent increases can be applied through the system, receipts are numbered, and voids and reversals preserve transaction history. Tenants have access to a free portal, while owner, manager and accountant roles support different users involved in managing rental accounts. The product supports 20 currencies and includes Cmd/Ctrl+K search. A free plan is available for portfolios of up to five units, making Keystone suitable for landlords starting with a small rental portfolio as well as management teams tracking tenant accounts.
