ReadSignFlow is a browser-based policy acknowledgment platform for HR, compliance, risk, and operations teams. Teams use it to send policies, procedures, and safety bulletins to employees and contractors, including frontline staff, and track who has opened and acknowledged each one from a central dashboard. Administrators import recipients, target campaigns by department, location or role, set deadlines, and follow up with automated reminders and manager escalation. Recipients open documents through email links or a web portal on phones and shared tablets, and must reach the end of the document before they can acknowledge it; high-risk policies can also require a short quiz. Every acknowledgment is recorded with the time, the device and a fingerprint of the exact document version, and the audit pack (signed PDF receipts, completion report, event trail) exports in one click. REST API and webhooks support HRIS-driven joiner, mover and leaver workflows. Free for up to 20 employees.
