    Pros: I can train the AI and embed the AI chatbot into my website. The free plan has unlimited chat messages. So it always works on my website.

    Cons: Not much customization. Could be better if can customize the appearance of the chat window on my website.

    Overall: It just works in free plan. I have just a small website and don't have much budget to create AI chatbot assistant. I just want it to answer simple questions and an AI chatbot assistant that always works.
