MineTwin
MineTwin is simulation, planning and decision-support software for open-pit and underground mining operations. It enables mining companies, engineers and consultants to create realistic digital twins of mines, test operational scenarios and evaluate proposed changes before committing equipment, capital or production resources.
MineTwin combines discrete-event simulation, scheduling and optimization to model mine layouts, production targets, equipment fleets, haulage networks, material flows, maintenance schedules and operational constraints. Teams can compare scenarios, optimize fleet sizes and equipment allocation, identify bottlenecks, validate production plans and assess new infrastructure or technologies.
Interactive 2D and 3D views, dashboards, timelines, graphs and detailed reports make simulation results easy to understand. MineTwin supports common engineering and spreadsheet data formats and exports results to Microsoft Excel.

HAULSIM
HAULSIM connects the fleet assets, mining operational plans and the people to build a ‘digital twin’ of any mining operation – open pit or underground – to deliver an accurate representation of any mine sites haulage operations.
With a 3-D Discrete Event Simulation (DES) engine, at its core, HAULSIM is the only mining simulation software that can quantify the impact of changes as the models reflect the complex and dynamic nature of a mine site in its entirety; including the variability, interactions and dependencies that occur in these systems.
Decisions to a mine haulage system can be based on real data giving the user the ability to test multiple ‘why’ and ‘what-if’ scenarios to reduce operating costs through optimised performance, and ensure overall operational safety and efficiency.

Haulage as a Service (HaaS)
Haulage as a Service (HaaS) allows users to complete travel time calculations programmatically in a cloud environment. With HaaS, users can integrate the travel time calculation into their own systems to assist with calibration and reporting. The advanced, service-oriented approach to haulage analysis means users are no longer confined to one application on the desktop. HaaS enables users to configure haul traces, haul routes, settings, and trucks to run travel time calculations in the cloud. With HaaS, miners have access to the most widely used haulage calculation engine in the mining industry via an accessible API. Travel time calculations are performed as required to assist in fleet planning, calibration, or in-shift performance analysis. Benchmark fleet performance, every haul can be compared to a benchmark value to unlock potential improvement. HaaS is designed for haulage transactions to be completed at rapid speeds. This means calculations are completed quickly and efficiently.
