Each business creates a public page with rewards, updates and a QR code for customers to scan at the counter. Customers join with an email address, check in when they visit and earn progress toward rewards without downloading an app. Businesses can offer visit-based loyalty cards, welcome gifts, time-limited rewards, rewards unlocked after a chosen number of visits and member-only offers. Staff confirm rewards at the counter, while check-ins are limited to one per customer per day. The business dashboard shows customer profiles, recent visits, birthdays and reward activity, helping owners manage their regular-customer program. The counter experience runs in a web browser on a phone, tablet or laptop and does not require a till integration or dedicated scanner.
