Pros: It's easy to use in terms of writing press releases and pitches, great to manage contacts, and the tech support is wonderful.

Cons: I wish they could provide better tracking of which contacts clicked through to links in the pitches or press release but they did tell me they are working on that.

Overall: Highly recommended for PR people -- much better than using regular email blast software like a Constant Contact, etc.

Pros: No learning curve.

Cons: Prezly could use more reporting tools to reduce reliance on things like CoverageBook.

Overall: Prezly is an incredibly easy-to-use tool that our small PR/Consulting/Media Relations company uses for some big clients. It is the heart of everything we do, from gathering info on journalists to creating and sending out press releases.
Over the two years of using it, we have developed a rapport with the team, and they have integrated a number of our feature requests, and solved any problems.
If Prezly didn't exist we'd have to cobble together a handful of tools to try to come up with a solution that's as tailored for working with the press as Prezly.

Pros: Very kind team and constantly upgrading the platform. Also, my client said that the name would fit a pet.

Cons: Sometimes its slow and takes some time to load features.

Overall: Very good experience with Prezly. I like the platform and allows me to visualize information to achieve my job objectives.

Pros: The ability to have media contacts, relationship history, coverage, press releases, pitches and related activity all on one simply platform. This allows for great visibility into what's working, and across teams.

Cons: There could be more automation when it comes to contacts and campaign sendouts. In addition, I wish pitches could be more personalized.

Overall: Fantastic resource for communications activities, from relationship management, press material development, campaigns, coverage tracking and everything in between.

Pros: PR is all about contacts primarily. The contact management system is GDPR friendly and works well. It is clear that the development of the software has been achieved with the help of users who also contribute to the regular online seminars. The story telling features are so multi media friendly too. Taking the strain off bloggers, influencers and journalists, this platform provides them with a whole package of words, pictures, videos, audio. Imagine if you had to email or use a bulk server to do that. You would lose your brand reputation by confusing the very people you are trying to impress.

Cons: None. If anything is missing, the company will listen and add.

Overall: I come from an 'old school' background where we used to type out press releases put them in things called envelopes and put a postage stamp on the front. I tell this to my PR students and they don't believe me. FF to the digital age and yet it it astounds me that companies still persevere with archaic practices such as zip files on email servers and bulk upload services. Prezly takes all that 'techy' nonsense away and allows a smooth workflow which benefits both sender and recipient.

Pros: The best software for PR Communications, you can create newsrooms for different brands. Also, you can design and distribute press releases in an easy and quick way. One of the attributes is that you can use the software as a contact database.

Cons: I don't think there are cons with this software, my experience with Prezly is really positive.

Overall: Overall, it is the best platform for PR communications of all that I have used. The attention of the Prezly team is great all the time.

Pros: It's very easy to set up and, once you get the hang of it, easy to post your stories. Great CRM and I'm thrilled with the Enrichment feature.

Cons: I haven't had any real issues - I've had to contact support a few times to sort out technical issues but they have been easy to correct.

Overall: Prezly has helped us reach out to the media in new ways and with everything they need when they are writing a story about the theatre or the plays we produce. In this time of media disruption they have made my job much easier and we have certainly extended our reach.

Overall: I use Prezly everyday now from 3 years and I have to admit that this software change my work life. I deal with pr & media relation all day following important clients and I can't work anymore without it.
It's easy to use, it's cheap, it has a lot of features, a great design and a cool way to show press release and creative stories. It has really simplified my work: managing email campaigns with Prezly is really effective and it permit you to save a lot of time. And all the time you need a support, there is an amazing customer service ready to help you! What can I say? I highly recommend it to people who deal with PR and media relations!

Pros: Sending / attaching unlimited number of audio-visual content, sending content to many contacts at the same time. This is not possible with other service providers we have tried to use previously.

Cons: No in built media lists and also no media monitoring functionality - BUT for now this is not a train-smash as I have other cheaper platforms to fulfill these.

Overall: I love Prezly it's easy to use, customer care is superb, we have webinars many times, can create and keep as many lists as we want.

Pros: Ease of use, speed and functionality for newsroom and PR campaigns, multilingual approach. You can manage the full PR process from start to finish with the new media coverage logging function.

Cons: Just a few details like reporting and importing. But the Prezly team is very open to suggestions and working on improvements all the time so I am confident they will also quickly lift this to a higher level!

Overall: I worked with several PR and mail software solutions during my career and this one pleases me most. Also the Prezly team is very responsive and engaged in the industry, fully grasping the dynamics and concerns. Keep up the good work!
